The Context

Oversaw execution of ChainGPT's largest NFT partner campaigns, working with partners like Trust Wallet, Cronos Chain, GT Protocol, Baby Doge, TON Station, and others. Each campaign required coordination across Marketing, Design, and Tech.

My Role

Owned end-to-end execution for all NFT campaigns: scoping, planning, approvals, launches, and post-campaign reporting. Full partner-facing communication throughout the campaign lifecycle, from intake and planning to launch and wrap-up.

Coordinated deliverables across Marketing, Design, and Tech. Directed creation of design briefs, creative assets, UI requirements, and metadata/technical specs. Ensured backend readiness and UI integration before every launch.

Maintained all timelines, deliverables, assets, and workflows in Notion. Standardized repeatable processes for faster, more reliable campaign execution.

Budget Management

Tracked budgets per campaign across multiple cost categories: design, advertising, and assets. Built a weekly reporting system with spend breakdowns and per-campaign P&L.

Results

10 high-scale NFT campaigns executed end-to-end. 115,000+ participants across all campaigns. 6.5M+ NFTs minted in aggregate.
