The Role
Main bridge between BD and Marketing at ChainGPT. 50+ grant builders and a growing list of B2B partners, each needing coordinated marketing support: announcements, case studies, blog posts, PR, AMAs.
The Process
Defined the co-marketing intake and handoff process from BD to Marketing. Structured Notion form capturing: partnership context, type, timeline, channels involved (Main, Pad, Labs, Ecosystem), co-marketing scope from both sides, and brand assets.
7-step workflow: 1) Partnership brief via Notion form. 2) Content and release plan. 3) Project page creation and task assignment. 4) Asset and content requests to external agency partners. 5) Approvals: internal core team, partner, PM. 6) Launch: PR, social, blog, ads. 7) Post-launch monitoring and reporting.
Builder Ecosystem
50+ ecosystem builders managed through Telegram group chats and Notion project tracking. Each builder had a Telegram group, a marketing form, and a Notion project page with tasks, assignees, and deadlines.
Coordinated case studies for ZkAGI, Tradable, Port3, Galeon, DormintAI, PalmAI, and others. Each involved content drafts, design requests, tweet copy, partner approvals, and releases aligned with builder milestones.
Tier-1 Partnerships
Co-marketing executed with Magic Eden, WalletConnect, Metaplex, Alibaba Cloud, Fetch AI, Sonic Labs, and others. Synced posting schedules, coordinated content deliverables, managed expectations on both sides.
