The Challenge
Platform-wide rebrand and multi-product rollout. 7 AI tools launching together across 3 phases, coordinated across Marketing, Product, BD, and UI/UX teams with cross-team dependencies.
GTM Architecture
3-phase rollout. Phase 1: AI Tools and UI/UX Revamp. Phase 2: InfoFi and Advanced Research Tools. Phase 3: Buzz Incentive System and Referral Growth.
Phase 1 included 7 feature-specific campaigns: UI/UX Revamp, AI Market Signals, In-Depth Smart Contract Auditor, Web3 AI Chatbot, Rust Language Support, AI Trading Assistant, and AI Legal and Compliance Assistant. Each had defined audiences, content formats, CTAs, and distribution channels.
Cross-Team Coordination
Built the GTM task management system in Notion: two connected databases (Projects and Tasks) tracking 40+ tasks across 4 teams. Dependency chains managed between BD, Marketing, and UI/UX.
Marketing scope covered 12+ workstreams: from SEO and positioning to teaser campaigns, landing pages per product, advertising, and distribution planning.
Launch Execution
4-week timeline. Week 0: pre-launch teasers, KOL alignment, early access sign-ups. Weeks 1 through 3: staggered feature unlocks every 2 to 3 days, each paired with proof-driven content (research reports, competitor comparisons, community challenges). Week 4: recap content, retargeting ads, Phase 2 teasers.
Contributed to building the GTM plan. Mainly responsible for coordinating execution: tracking task completion across teams, managing dependencies, ensuring each feature unlock had content and assets ready on schedule.
